As Privateer Holding’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, Linn Baumgardt oversees the expansion of several Privateer Holdings entities into the European market, including Tilray and Leaﬂy. By analyzing market trends and legislation around the world, she created a custom algorithm that has become the standard for how Leaﬂy approaches new regions and global markets.
In her previous role as Head of Marketing for Leaﬂy, she launched Leaﬂy’s largest media campaign to date, Leaﬂy Vote, and revolutionized the cannabis industry’s digital inﬂuence with mainstream media. She was the ﬁrst to partner with advertising giants such as Pandora, Facebook and Twitter, which previously did not allow any cannabis focused advertising.
Prior to Leaﬂy, Linn worked and consulted for companies such as Microsoft, Discovery Channel, Amazon, Sprint, Verizon and Redbox.
